The surfboard pack consists of the standard Gopro 960 HD camera pack plus the surfboard mounting kit.
There are some major differences between the Hero HD and this 960 version - You won't get the 720p @ 60fps or 1080p video. You also won't get the HERO BUS expansion port in the rear of the camera that will let you take advantage of GoPro's forthcoming BacPac accessories (LCD screen & Battery Extension)
