This 4.0M (13ft) Kanulock Lockable Tie Down has been designed to secure SUPs, kayaks and many other loads to any roof rack system. It has been constructed by incorporating 33mm U.V stabilized webbing with 2 x hardened stainless steel cables running inside. Steel reinforcing makes them uncutable by knife.
The buckles have a Soft Santoprene protective casing, a Polished die cast buckle, and a Weather resistant lock with dust shutter. It could also be used for securing Racing Ski's, Rowing sculls, paddle boards, Windsurfers, bikes, luggage, etc etc....

Good piece of kit easy to use
I haven’t had the chance to use them yet. But they look to be well made, and hopefully deter any would be opportunists
