The Keypod is a great car key security solution for surfers etc, particularly if you have electronic keys that don't like the water.

The all new 5th generation Keypod car key safe is a simple, robust, portable, weather resistant, secure storage safe for keys and other valuables. Not that the Keypod is not designed to be permanently left outside unless kept undercover (eg underneath a caravan and out of the rain) and more heavily oiled.

Quick delivery good price for a great product
The package arrived extremely quickly. Although the parcel got damaged in transit meaning an item was lost, the company responded immediately to my e mail and sent an immediate replacement.

I would not recommend using this product - it can easily reset itself (the shackle spins round, drops down and then if it's in a bag, the number barrels can spin round and hey presto, it has reset the combination without you knowing). This happened twice - the first time I guessed the combo, the second time not so lucky. Which brings me to the second reason not to buy this. I borrowed a hacksaw when the key safe reset itself and was able to cut through the shackle in under three minutes - it is clearly not hardened steel. I was then able to prise open the case using just three hits of a cold chisel and lump hammer.
SurfSurfSurf provided great service and were very helpful, but the product itself is not fit for purpose and could leave you stranded, or worse.
Does the job easy to use
Not used yet but seems great so far. Big enough for my large car key and extra keys. Mechanism works well, feels smooth to open and close and easy instructions on how to change the code.
Also good price, easy checkout and free and fast delivery
Looked at all the ones on eBay and Amazon but this one looked the best
Code is really easy to set and reset, numbers easy to read 4 digits

Easy to order and fast delivery. The key safe is a gift so it hasn’t been used yet, however it feels like a quality, solid item so hopefully will do the job.
A useful piece of kit. Solid and secure, easy to use and perfect for solo trips.
The keypod safe is absolutely fantastic, easy to use, and the numbers are easy to see - I don't normally wear my spectacles when out in the water, so being able to see the numbers to get my car key out is a definite bonus! Room for my large car key fob and house keys.
